AmpleMD is a technology platform and does not provide medical services directly; licensed providers and pharmacies may maintain their own privacy practices and legal obligations.

Health-related information may be used to support online intake, eligibility review, provider consultation, prescribing decisions when appropriate, pharmacy fulfillment, shipping, care coordination, customer support, payment processing, quality assurance, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal requirements.

AmpleMD uses safeguards designed to protect health-related information and limits access to personnel and service providers who need the information to operate the platform, support patients, coordinate with licensed providers and pharmacies, or satisfy legal obligations.
